Objectives

Design a publication in three formats: an untagged PDF for web distribution, a PDF optimized for offset printing, and an HTML5 version compliant with WCAG 2.0.

Report to Parliament on the work accomplished and progress made during the fiscal year, as well as the achievements of Canadian Judicial Council employees.

Highlight the slogan “50 Years of Service to Canadians” and present the 50th‑anniversary edition through a modern, minimalist, and visually appealing design aligned with current graphic standards.

Scope of Work

Production of an untagged PDF, a PDF optimized for offset printing, and an HTML5 version compliant with WCAG 2.0: consultation, project management, marketing, research and analysis, strategic guidance, ideation, data visualization, photo selection and editing, graphic design, layout of 30 pages per language, PDF tagging compliant with WCAG 2.0 Level AA when required, prepress, print management, responsive HTML5 coding, WCAG 2.0 compliance for HTML5 versions, and quality assurance.
