Objectives

Design an annual report in PDF format that clearly and compellingly illustrates the Committee’s strategic objectives and results, while ensuring optimal readability for a diverse audience.

Represent the three military branches equitably, develop an annual slogan expressed through three creative concepts, and highlight the Committee’s 20th anniversary of the 2020 edition.

Produce two distinct formats: a PDF optimized for digital printing and an accessible PDF compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Scope of Work

Production of an accessible PDF publication and a PDF optimized for digital printing: consultation, project management, marketing, research and analysis, strategic guidance, ideation, data visualization (infographics), photo selection and editing, graphic design, layout of 30 pages per language, PDF tagging compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, prepress, print management, and quality assurance.
