2024–25 Annual Report – Foundations for transformations
Objectives
Design an annual report in both accessible PDF and HTML formats. The PDF version must be visually polished, fully accessible, and compliant with WCAG 2.1, offering a seamless experience that is mobile‑friendly, easy to read, navigate, and print.
Each year, illustrate a slogan presented through two creative concepts; for the 2022–2023 edition, highlight the slogan “50 Years at Your Service.”
Strengthen the visibility of the Canadian Intergovernmental Conference Secretariat as a leading expert in conference management, and encourage ministers and deputy ministers across all levels of government in Canada to collaborate with the Secretariat in planning, delivering, and coordinating their conferences nationwide.
Target Audience
- Prime Minister, ministers, and deputy ministers from all federal, provincial, and territorial governments across Canada
Scope of Work
Production of an accessible PDF publication and HTML version: consultation, project management, marketing, research and analysis, strategic guidance, ideation, data visualization, photo selection and editing, graphic design, layout of 20–29 pages per language, PDF tagging compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, responsive HTML5 coding with JavaScript, animated and interactive graphics, WCAG 2.1 compliance for HTML5 versions, and quality assurance.
