Objectives

Design a publication in two formats: a responsive HTML5 version featuring animated and interactive graphics, and an accessible PDF compliant with WCAG 2.0.

For the 2022–23 edition, highlight the slogan “50 Years of Service” and present the Secretariat’s 50th anniversary through a modern, seamless, and accessible web experience.

Strengthen the visibility of the Canadian Intergovernmental Conference Secretariat as a leading expert in conference management, supported by innovative solutions, and encourage ministers and deputy ministers across all levels of government to collaborate with the Secretariat in planning, delivering, and coordinating their conferences nationwide.

Target Audience

  • Prime Minister, ministers, and deputy ministers from all federal, provincial, and territorial governments across Canada

Scope of Work

Production of a responsive HTML5 publication and an accessible PDF: consultation, project management, marketing, research and analysis, strategic guidance, ideation, data visualization, photo selection and editing, graphic design, layout of 20 pages per language, PDF tagging compliant with WCAG 2.0 Level AA, responsive HTML5 coding with JavaScript, integration of animated and interactive graphics, WCAG 2.0 compliance for HTML5 versions, and quality assurance.
